- all year
The marine reserve of the Island of Toro is located in the south-west of Mallorca and enjoys a great reputation on the part of lovers of the submarine fauna and the photography, or underwater filming.
Its strategic location favors the marine ecosystem with the proliferation of sedentary species most tipical of the Mediterranean, such as grouper or brown meager, and plenty of pelagic species, such as amberjacks, pollacks, barracudas, dentex or even some large tuna or ray.
During the excursion we will also visit a beautiful underwater cave that is only a few meters deep where, using a flashlight, we can see some groupers, breams of a notable size and brown meagres that are living there.
The route of the excursion consists of the surrounding of the island, where the depth varies between six and thirty meters, therefore, this route is suitable for snorkeling, as well as to enjoy descents at medium depth if desired.
