Apnea Balear cuenta con una larga experiencia de más de una década, como centro de entrenamiento para Apneístas de todos los niveles, iniciación, avanzado y de competición nacional e internacional.
Durante el curso descubrirás cuales son los diferentes aspectos que requiere la formación de un Apneísta, tanto a nivel físico y mental como técnico.
