Free immersion course
Basic information
Through the modality of descent “Free Immersion” we offer you the possibility of learning and practicing physical and mental relaxation techniques. This will result in a satisfactory evolution in the depth and pleasure experienced during the dives.
The course also incorporates aspects related to hydrodynamics, the improvement of tympanic compensation, and interesting training exercises focused on deep freediving.
Free immersion gives us pleasant sensations and internal experiences, which allow us to discover the essence of freediving.
Standard schedule
Friday from 17:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. theoretical session
Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. first sea session
Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. second sea session
Freediving equipment to be used
- Mask
- Snorkel
- Freedive fins
- Freedive suit
- Weight belt
- Freediving computer (provided by the center if not available)
- Lanyard (provided by the center if not available)
* Our center has rental equipment if required.
Documentation and requirements
- Certified as “Freediving Level 1” at least
- Registration document
- Freediving medical certificate
- Paternal authorization for students under 18 years
